Headfarmer is currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our exceptional client with a family-like culture! In this position, you will work closely with the Accounting Manager and VP Controller to support the month-end close process but you will do far more than just close the books. In this capacity, you will be involved in monthly partner meetings focusing on profitability operations efficiencies.

What You Will Do:
- Prepare financial statements for multiple entities
- Prepare supporting schedules, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset schedule
- Participate in monthly partner meetings
What You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2-3 years of applicable accounting experience
- Real estate construction or job costing experience is a plus
- Ability to think outside the box and provide feedback for process improvement efficiencies
- Sage 300 is a plus, Excel is a must
