Michael, a native of the Valley of the Sun, began his professional journey in the US Army as an Information Technology specialist. With nearly a decade of service and two tours under his belt, he transitioned to a national recruiting firm as a Business Development Manager. Recognizing a gap between recruiting agencies and technology-focused individuals, Michael swiftly pivoted to become an Executive Technology Recruiter.

In his role, Michael has delved deep into the dynamic and rapidly evolving world of technology. His genuine passion and previous tech experience enable him to establish connections with candidates and clients that others may struggle to relate to. Known for his driven nature, no-nonsense approach, and exceptional ability to connect with people on a personal level, Michael excels in building meaningful relationships.

Outside of networking and fostering new connections, Michael cherishes spending time with his wife, Alexy, and their two children. They enjoy exploring different national parks across the United States in their overland trailer.
