Jeanne Stronczer joined Headfarmer in 2025 as an Accounting and Finance Consultant, bringing over 25 years of experience leading financial reporting, accounting management, and operational improvements across multiple industries, including medical device manufacturing, construction, retail, healthcare, and family office environments.

Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She has deep expertise in GAAP compliance, SEC reporting, SOX documentation, and treasury management. Her background includes implementing system upgrades, automating processes, and developing policies and internal controls that improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Prior to joining Headfarmer, Jeanne held leadership roles as Controller, Accounting Manager, and Director of Accounting. In these roles, she managed full month-end close cycles, led public audits, improved planning and forecasting processes, and developed cash forecasting models. She is also experienced in revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), and delivering financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Her technical skills span multiple ERP and financial systems, including SAP, JD Edwards, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Dynamics (D365/SL), Blackline, and FloQast, among others. She is recognized for driving process improvements, enhancing financial reporting, and leading teams to deliver reliable and actionable financial insights.
