After a decade leading Accounting and Finance placements for a national search firm, and a year inside a corporate recruiting team, he founded Headfarmer in 2011 to create something different: a firm built on relationships, long-term thinking, and values-first execution.

Under Eric’s leadership, Headfarmer has grown into one of Arizona’s most respected recruiting and consulting firms, serving clients across Finance & Accounting, Technology, and Human Resources. In 2023, he launched the firm’s Retained Executive Search and Interim Leadership division, designed for growth-stage and mid-market companies seeking transformational hires in roles like CFO, CHRO, CIO, COO, and VP-level leadership.

Eric is known for his integrity, transparency, and deep roots in the Arizona business community. He brings a hands-on, high-accountability approach to every search—backed by decades of real relationships and an unwavering commitment to helping companies hire with clarity and confidence.
