With 25+ years of experience in finance, strategy, and operations, she’s known for leading with both precision and purpose. Her career began in public accounting and evolved into national leadership roles in change management, organizational growth, and executive development.

Rooted in her Hispanic heritage and inspired by a culture of resilience and service, Carli helps shape Headfarmer’s future by driving strategy, scaling operations, and building people-first solutions. She is also the founder of The McVay Group, a business coaching and strategy firm serving entrepreneurs and high-growth companies.

A licensed CPA who has completed her PhD coursework in Performance Psychology (ABD), Carli is a lifelong learner with an impressive track record in leadership, coaching, and change. Outside of work, she enjoys pickleball, yoga, swimming, traveling, and entertaining. She is fueled by her faith, her husband Tom, her sons Marcus and Jaxon, and their beloved dog Dolly—along with a deep commitment to building values-driven organizations through the lens of servant leadership.
