Currently, Headfarmer is looking for a VP of HR to join one of our growing, publicly traded, manufacturing clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support a newer CEO that is extremely collaborative while allowing a large degree of autonomy. The ideal individual will be able to sync up with the CEO’s vision while establishing and rebuilding trust throughout the organization and field in all areas of human resources.

What You Will Do:
- Responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage a team of HR professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to support reestablishing the HR function to build a more cohesive HR forefront.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
What You Will Have:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Industry background in a manufacturing or industrial setting highly preferred with publicly traded company experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Be service driven with a high degree of professional humility and a generalist at heart.
