Currently, Headfarmer is looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to join one of our excellent clients in the education industry. This company is known for being mission driven and they are growing. With that growth comes a need for more talent, so they have contacted Headfarmer to help them find a strong Talent Acquisition Director.

- Identify new recruiting strategies to find passive candidates in the market
- Optimize usage of Workday for the Talent Acquisition team
- Process improvement projects
What You Will Have:
- The drive and desire to grow
- Strong leadership experience in order to lead and mentor a team of 7-10
- High volume recruiting experience
- Workday experience OR have gone through another ATS implementation
