Right now, Headfarmer is looking for a Plant Controller to join one of our clients that is revolutionizing their industry and has a culture like none other! What You Will Do:
- Drive month end close process
- Financial reporting & reconciliations
- Internal/external audit requests & support schedules
- A/R, credit & collections
- Inventory & cost accounting functions
What You Will Have:
- 5+ years of accounting leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Inventory management background
- Strong leadership skills to manage 5 direct reports – must be employee/staff-centric
- Public company / SOX controls experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
