We are looking for dynamic Payroll/Accounting Manager. As the Payroll/ Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s payroll process, including processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. This position will be on-site and located in North Phoenix.




· Process payroll for 500+ employees accurately and timely

· Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to payroll, taxes, and benefit deductions

· Prepare and file all required payroll tax forms and reports

· Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures

· Handle audits and reports associated with certified payroll projects

· Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation

· Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data in payroll system

· Applies to tax agencies for state/local taxes as needed

· Review and reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies




· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· Seven + years of experience in payroll admin

· Proficient with ADP WNF preferred

· Experience managing a team

· General ledger accounting knowledge

· Strong teamwork and presentation skills

· Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage payroll background preferred

· Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and tax laws

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
