Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Consultant – Potential Full-Time Opportunity!
Location: 100% Remote
Our client is a rapidly growing player in the residential/multi-family construction industry, dedicated to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking an Interim FP&A Manager for a critical 3-month consulting project, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. You can jump in to a vital role that helps shape the financial operations while enjoying a fully remote position.
The Opportunity:
As the Interim FP&A Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and driving process improvements within the Finance team. If you’re passionate about finance, eager to make an impact, and ready to work closely with our VP of FP&A, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll be Doing:
- Oversee lender reporting, including quarterly financial covenant computations and identifying add-backs for adjusted EBITDA.
- Conduct variance analysis and maintain existing financial reporting decks.
- Collaborate with the VP of FP&A and cross-functional teams to understand current workflows, assess business processes, and recommend improvements.
- Identify and recommend key financial and operational metrics, building related reports.
- Perform ad-hoc FP&A analyses as directed by leadership.
Skills/Experience We’d Love You to Have
- Strong understanding of full financial statements.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
- A curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within the business.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executives.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus!
