Currently, Headfarmer is looking for a Director of Human Resources for a wholesale distribution company in Prescott, AZ.

AS the Director of Human Resources, You Will Do:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’s overall business goals and objectives
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Oversee employee relations and handle any employee relations issues that may arise, including disciplinary actions and terminations
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Stay up-to-date on developments in employment law and make recommendations for changes to HR policies and procedures as needed
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all departments, including operations, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with company goals
- Lead and manage the HR team, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing mentorship and professional development opportunities
As the Director of Human Resources, You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
