Our North Scottsdale client is an established industry leader offering emerging technology consulting services to their customers in the construction industry. To support their scaled organizational growth, they have partnered exclusively with Headfarmer to identify an HR Generalist for their team. This role will work a 3/2 hybrid work schedule of three days in office.

What you’ll do:
‘All things HR’ including full-cycle recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee transaction administration, payroll and benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong internal relationships to help managers with their human resources needs.

What they’re seeking:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or similar
  • 3+ years of related experience as an HR Generalist or Coordinator
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, and discipline for follow-through
  • Keen listening skills with an ‘of service’ mentality
