Currently, Headfarmer is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) with experience in conducting employee investigations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations. In addition, the candidate must possess experience in conducting investigations and making recommendations based on the findings.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct employee investigations related to complaints, harassment, discrimination, and other related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and consultation on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand and support their business objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

What You Will Have:

  • At least 2 years of experience conducting investigations and resolving employee relations issues.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a practical understanding of various human resources domains, such as compensation strategies, organizational analysis, workforce relationships, inclusivity, performance evaluation, and the employment laws and regulations enforced at the federal and state levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
