Headfarmer is currently seeking a Controller with Distribution or Manufacturing industry experience to join our PE-backed client that is growing strategically through acquisitions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be directly involved in the monthly close process while supervising a small team.

What You Will Do:
- Build out internal controls and processes to improve efficiencies
- Manage the month-end close process
- Oversee cash, billing, AR, AP, inventory, and payroll
- Report monthly results to senior management
What You Will Have:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Leadership experience to manage diverse personalities and serve as a mentor/coach
- 5-8 years of experience working in a manufacturing/distribution environment
- Demonstrated track record of fostering relationships with financial and operational personnel
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- Public accounting experience preferred
