Jackie Yoder brings a unique blend of financial expertise, executive leadership, and relationship-building to her role at Headfarmer.

Her career began in accounting before she earned her MBA and transitioned into financial services, where she obtained her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and eventually served as COO of a financial firm. In that role, she helped lead the organization through significant growth.Her experience has expanded well beyond finance and operations. Jackie has led teams, built organizations, served as an Interim CEO for a nonprofit, and founded her own consulting business focused on leadership, strategy, and organizational growth. She also leads executive roundtables through Arizona Growth Advisors, including HR/People and Female Executive roundtables, creating spaces for leaders to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

She is passionate about bringing great people together, helping organizations find the right leaders, and creating meaningful connections that drive growth.Outside of her professional work, Jackie is a mom to two teenagers and a bonus mom to another teenager. She loves reading, Pilates, running, working out, and most of all, spending time with her family.
